Hammers Top Group With Convincing Win Against KRC Genk

I must firstly apologise for not having posted for a while, its been a crazy time for me and the family, but also for the quality of the images from Thursdays game. My camera just struggled with the night shots – I may have to invest in a new lens as my current lens doesn’t cope well in low light.
Anyway, after what me and the family have been through recently I really needed this – doing something that felt normal but celebrating another wonderful win in the Europa League. And what a campaign it has been for us!
We top the group, 6 points clear from Dynamo Zagreb and on course to qualify for the knockout round. This came on the back of a hard fought win over Everton.
And after last season this is our new normal – winning games we would have previously lost or struggled to hold on for a draw. The fight in the team is clear and stand out players for me were Johnson who is impressing in defence with pace and desire and confidence to go forward and Areola who I felt did an excellent job in goal and was quick off his line too.
